Approach

One-on-One Therapy

We each have beliefs and thoughts that restrict us in some way. We're often taught to fight or resist whatever inside us holds these thoughts. Here you and I will take a different approach. Instead of trying to force away difficult beliefs or feelings, we offer open curiosity toward the different aspects of you. Every part of us is doing the best it can under the conditions in which we find ourselves. I will work with you to find compassion for yourself and to integrate all aspects of you so that you can let go of restrictive or painful patterns. My task is to facilitate the creative and healing power that already exists within you.
